This Saturday, September 21st, is the final football game of the year. That
means it's our final chance to work parking and make money to bring in good
teachers. Each person who works will make 75 dollars for the club. Because the
game starts at 3:30pm, volunteers don't have to get to their lot until 8:45am.
In addition to helping out the club, you will also get a free lunch and a ticket

This week (11/10) we will be teaching East Coast swing and it will be taught by
Jon and Rhonda. Angel and Lori will be DJing for open dance so everyone should

 Hey guys!

This is just one final reminder that we have an intermediate lindy hop workshop
tomorrow (11/7) from 12-4 in the Gilchrest Pub (where lesson meets every week).
The lesson will be taught by the wonderful Mike and Britt from Ann Arbor and if
you attended our last lindy workshop this will be a great follow up! The
workshop is only $10 (pay at the door) which is great for a FOUR hour lesson

Because of the home football game tomorrow, we've had to get creative with
parking. We can't park where we normally do behind Gilchrist because it will be
blocked off. And the Ramps will be charging $10-15 to park. 

We've decided to try for a sort of shuttle-service. The plan is to meet up at
11:30-11:45am in the parking lot of Dunham's Sports located at 3301 E Michigan
Ave (Frandor). Two of us will be there to drive people onto campus (leaving the
cars in Dunham's lot). 

Alice will be organizing the shuttle and her number is 904-566-4826 (write it
down!) in case you're late or run into trouble. If there are any questions email
the State Swing Society.
