Welcome to AARGUERS. This is a tounge-in-cheek group with a serious goal:
establishing (setting for the first time) National Association of Rocketry national performance records, and having fun doing it. ;-)

This picture shows the model used to establish the Team F motor Egg-Lofting Altitude (ELA) and Duration (ELD) record as well as the C F ELD record. It uses three D motors and is built from gift wrapping paper tubes.

Anyone interested in discussing establishing NAR national records is welcome to participate. I reserve the right to limit membership to maintain order.

AARGUERS is an acronym, but it has several possible meanings. Since we started in the Austin Area Rocketry Group section, NAR 585, one meaning is:

Austin Area Rocketry Group Un-Established Record Slayers

As it applies to all NAR members, you could think of it as:

All-American Rocketeers Getting Un-Established Records Set

In any case, we seek to forever remove the unseemly blight of unestablished records from the NAR records list. ;-)
