How to get to the Times Center in Binondo?

FROM AAP HQ/ TAFT: get on a jeep going to DIVISORIA. Get off when you see the
ENG BEE TIN Store just before the BINONDO CHURCH. The Times Center is just in
front of ENG BEE TIN and right beside the HSBC Bank.

FROM ESPANA: Get on a jeep going to PIER. Get off when you reached the JONES
BRIDGE. Just walk straight to QUINTIN PAREDES at the other side of the bridge.
