We personally verify that the judges in Oregon are NOT operating in a constitutional process. The courts are administrative, the Justice 2020 System, now consolidated into the Executive Dept., no government of, by or for the people at this time.
The Constitutional Court exists ONLY as we STAND Sui Juris in the public assembly, on the record and EXCERCISE INHERENT HUMAN RIGHTS. We ARE the court we are looking for.

Nothing Could Be Finer . . .

Political Principalities and the Ten Commandments
It does not take a mental giant to understand that there is a smoke-and-mirrors political sham happening with the Ten Commandment statue in the Alabama State Court. For the record, I believe that the Christian citizens of the United States Government are being mentally conditioned to accept the next huge terrorist attack. The attack will be dubbed "an act of God in retaliation for removing the Ten Commandments" when in fact, it is an act of those in our government who want to end our freedom.
First, all of our judges know that The Constitution of the United States has been set aside. For proof, I quote Judge George Neilson who served as a District Court Judge in Prineville, Oregon. He said, "The Constitution is outdated and we don't use it anymore."
Second, this nation was covertly changed from a sovereign nation into a corporation following the 1929 bankruptcy of the United States of America. We are now operating under a Federal Corporation and it is called The United States Government [USG]. The Birth Certificate serves as the transmitting document by which every child is moved from freedom under God into slavery to the USG.
Third, the Constitution does not have anything that refers to "the separation of church and state" as is repeatedly squawked by the liberal press and media. Instead, the Federal Corporation demands this separation. Our judges serve the Federal Corporation as do the attorneys. For the record, state religions were deemed constitutional in the beginning of this nation. Approximately five of the original states declared a State Religion in their own state constitutions. States have a constitutional right to conduct their own affairs without federal intervention. Unfortunately, The Constitution of the United States is not used anymore and has not been active since April 12, 1861.
Fourth, history is repeating itself. The Scopes Monkey Trial in 1925 was a political event in which the newly formed American Civil Liberties Union urged the science teacher, John T. Scopes, to teach Darwin's hypothesis of evolution. By doing so, he violated a Tennessee law that prohibited teaching children about the concept of evolution. At that time, the Tennessee laws ordered the teaching of biblical Creation in its public schools. The teacher lost the trial because he broke state law and was fined approximately $100 for his violation. However, the case caused political posturing that led to a change in Tennessee law thirty years later when the law was repealed. Hence, the ACLU was ultimately victorious with its battle to replace Creation with Evolution. Today, in Alabama, a pseudo-issue has been raised for the purpose of smashing the First Commandment [Exodus 20:3] which states, "Thou shall have no other gods before Me." The political posturing in Alabama will give power in the future to the Federal Corporation to violate all of the Ten Commandments.
Fifth, pastors of 501(C)(3) churches who hold a nonprofit status, must remain silent concerning the removal of the Ten Commandment statue in Alabama. The nonprofit status allows the churches to avoid paying the government taxes, as long as the pastors agree to never criticize the government. Thereby, the pastors and their followers serve the Federal Corporation with its Babylonian roots; furthermore, they do not serve God. Those 501 (C)(3) pastors who make up most large denominational churches will not urge Christians to rise up against the federal intrusion upon Alabama. Their love of money (i.e., the offering plate) has replaced their devotion to God.
Sixth, most judges are not filing their Oath of Office into the Court Record as is required; thereby, they are not bound to uphold the Constitutions of the federal and state office per their oath. Unless a certified-and-true copy of a judge's oath is submitted with each case, the judge is free to make law from the bench without constraint. American ignorance is to blame for this travesty, and it appears that ignorance is a chosen condition by most citizens. They refuse to seek knowledge while resting on their own non-factual opinions.
Seventh, the use of the Christian church for the downfall of the United States of America has been repeated many times in the nation's history. The communists have used the Christian church to install their own agenda. For evidence, one only need read in the "Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx who wrote, "Nothing is easier than to give Christian asceticism a Socialist tinge. Has not Christianity declaimed against private property, against marriage, poverty, celibacy and mortification of the flesh, a monastic life and Mother Church? Christian Socialism is but the Holy Water with which the priest consecrates the heartburnings of the aristocrat."
Finally, the Bible clearly tells us in Ephesians 6:12 - "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Unfortunately, those dark forces now occupy flesh-and-blood in our government – political prostitutes, puppet courts, pandering pulpits, and a powerful military -- which rule over our earthly lives. Our forefathers have allowed them to take control via neglect of duty to God and country, and now they will have their way with us.
