This group has been formed to help organize events and efforts by Z scale model railroaders in the greater Southern California area. We occasionally meet at regional model railroad shows and meetings held by related organizations, such as the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA). We now haveover a dozen moduleZ built that are compatible with the "Z-Bend Track" Module Specification used by Z scale modular groups in other geographic regions in the U.S.

We recently exhibited our moduleZ and Bring Your Own Z (BYOZ) layoutZ at the NMRA National Train Show July 17th - 20th, 2008, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

We will continue exhibiting our moduleZ and Bring Your Own Z (BYOZ) layoutZ at the Great Train Expos held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, December 6 - 7, 2008, the San Diego County Fairgrounds in Del Mar, December 13 - 14, 2008, the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, January 3 - 4, 2009, and the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, March 21 - 22, 2009, along with moduleZ built by Z scalers in nearby regions, such as the SF Bay Area Z Scale Module Cooperative (aka the BAZ BoyZ). Eventually, we hope to also exhibit with the Cascade Z Scale Modelers (CZM) in the Portland, OR, area, and the Northwest Pacific Z Scalers (NWPZS) in the Seattle, WA, area.
