Hello and Welcome to the NEWEST group about Svengoolie! Dedicated to all the Young Svengoolie fans out there.
I am hoping to have a great turn out here because the younger fans may feel confused about Svens origins, who really is the floating skull that cracks jokes at Svengoolie, how does he come up with all those funny crazy songs, and who really is the man behind the make up. All those plus your post hopefully will be answered.
I am starting this group in honor of my daughter who is a HUGE Svengoolie fan. She has stayed up late many a night to watch her favorite ghoul crack jokes about truly bad movies. She has met Svengoolie several times and has GREAT stories about her meetings with him.
I am hoping to ask Svengoolie to drop by from his far away home High a top the stacked car needle in BERWYN . BEEERRRWWWYYYNNN? To drop in to frighten us, enlighten us and delight all of his young fans in this group.
Being a Svengoolie fan since I was a young lad ,I am happy to see all of the families that come out at Svengoolies' autograph sessions and wait in line , figiting and excited to see Svengoolie as if he were Jolly Saint Nick. I passed my viewing habits of watching Sven to my daughter as many of us did with our own beloved children now I want to share and help them out learning the history and fun of Svengoolie .
We will be posting pictures we took with Sven, and showing off our autograph cards too.Hopefully , we will be getting some video and audio sound Bites in this group too.
