Y Life Circle

"A system where people come together to care, share, relax and enjoy positive friendships.

Together, its members learn Buddhist values and teachings and support and encourage each other to apply these values and teachings in their daily lives for their greater happiness and peace and others around them"

Each session is power packed with sharing on Dhamma or Living Skills involving topics which are relevant to you as a young working adult and of course, fun and friendship! We also have interesting group outings and many other activities.

It is our wish to help our members lead successful lives.
