International Youth Development Agency (IYDA) is a non governmental organization whose aim is to provide and maintain active participation of the youth in a rapidly growing society. The mission of the organization is as follows :
To improve and extend youth services and work
To enhance and demonstrate youth participation in the society
To promote an effective youth policy
To organize international network of NGOs working towards the development of youth work
To organize seminars, conferences, workshops, trainings
To maintain international youth exchange programs

The mission to create this group is to make members come together to stay in touch, to share their ideas and experiences, discuss relevant topics and assist each other in distribution of the academic and social news concerning youth NGOs and youth work.
