The antispam is not for individual users. If you consider a message as spam a
lot of other users may not. Then the antispam will classify this message as
authentic. Otherwise if you are a Mail Plus user you have the SpamGuard Plus and
this is only for you. Something you can do is create some filters for the
persistent messages.
Manage a white list is like a "Challenge Response"

this tool.
I hope it can help in something.

Subject: [Y-Mail] the Not Spam button
I'm trying to figure out exactly what this button does.
I use it sometimes when an email from a company or mailing list is
mistakenly tagged as spam and put into the Bulk folder. However,
after using it, subsequent emails from the same mailing list or
company still wind up in the Bulk folder. Why is this? Why aren't
the senders white-listed in some way, if they're not?
To try to counter this, I have sometimes added these emails to my
address book, which of course is lame to have to do, since I don't
want my address book full of non-people.
So, the Not Spam button, as it works now, doesn't seem to work well
for me at all. It'd be great if there was a simple "Add to White
List" button instead, and if I could manage that White List, adding
and removing addresses and companies from it over time, and such.
At the very least, it'd be great to know explicitly what the Not
Spam button does when I push it, if in fact it doesn't do something
similar to a white list. Maybe I just need to better know how to use
it.
