I've been having a similar problem with Contacts. I am using Windows XP, IE 8, Yahoo! Mail Classic. When finished composing an e-mail I click on the insert

Robin, So, I hate to say this, but you might consider upgrading from Firefox 2 to Firefox 3.5. FF2 has so few users on it that it is not likely to be as well
