An X-Men PBEM based on the X-Men from the comic books, rather than the movies/cartoons etc). (We DO NOT accept made up characters, only those we need - see list below)

A period of adjustment and integration has just started, with Gambit and Rogue both gradually finding acceptance, the original five X-men (Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Archangel, and Jean Grey) finding once again that they are sharing the responsibilities with others, now that X-Factor had folded. Old and new faces alike having to deal with each other, perhaps most obviously in the case of Archangel, whose drastic appearance change (thanks to Apocalypse experimenting on him) has caused something of a stir. This hasn’t stopped Psylocke becoming interested in him though.

But apart from things happening within Xavier’s Institute for Higher Learning, things have been rather… well quiet.

That was until a young mutant was chased into the Mansion grounds, and a fight broke out between her pursuant and the resident X-Men. Even more confusion followed when the pursuant turned out to be someone called Nate Grey - the apparent child of Jean Grey and Scott Summers.

Couple that with the apparent resurgence of the Phoenix Force within Jean and the whole world has been turned upside down!
