For collectors of World coins, currency & stamps WITHOUT the SPAM! The purpose of this list is to have a place for World coin discussion and sales announcements without all the Off Topic SPAM.

The purpose of starting a new moderated list is to give collectors a group devoid of the kind of annoying and often tasteless SPAM that is to be found in the 2 existing World Coin lists.

Ideally (but not dogmatically) this will be a place for discussion and sales announcements regarding 'Modern' World Coins from 1500 A.D. to the present. Discussion of paper currency and stamps also welcome.

Few rules - just be civilized, no personal attacks, discussion of religion or politics as related to coins OK but no partisan or sectarian sniping.

The listowner / moderator will be the final arbiter in matters where a member gets booted. The listowner / moderator guarantees no sales but his own but hopes anyone and everyone who buys and sells here behaves ethically and legally.
