I have in the past obtained Visas for Costa Rica and Bolivia on a
World Service Authority Passport at the Costa Rican and Embassies in
Lima, Perú. Just yesterday, I successfully used My Current World
Service Authority Passport to cross the Uruguay-Argentina frontier.
RECOMMENDATION: Avoid Mexico with the W.S.A. Passport. My first
W.S.A. Passport, with the Visas for Costa Rica and Bolivia, was torn
to bits in front of My Face by the Mexican police. I am informed by
friends that this is a general Mexican policy.
Moderator Note:
Mexico has on many occasions placed entry and exit stamps in WSA(R) Passports.
However, with recent world events, the government officials there may not be
respecting the right to freedom of travel as frequently.
