I am new to this group. I have actually never joined any group before. My
husband is currently serving 3 years for a sick crime that he never committed. I
know it is said all the time that everyone is innocent. No they are not all
innocent and I firmly believe in you do the crime you do the time. But I also
believe that all the facts are not always brought out in a trial. My husband was
accused of molesting my niece. Her mother accused him. This is also the same
woman that is and always has been trying to rip my family apart since she became
a member. She accused him of this sickening crime and it all went to trial. My
neice got up on the stand and told the court that her mother had told her what
to say. Also my husband is a college educated man and has never been in trouble
with the law. He was convicted. Our daughter was about to turn 1 when he was
sent away. We were forced to move from our home in Georgia back to Alabama. We
had to live with a friend for 3 weeks and then with my grandmother. Finally I
was able to get a home in a trailer park that my cousin owns. I found a job and
sold pretty much everyting we owned to pay the bills. One day in October of 2007
I drove by a car lot and there was this really long camper. It was old and run
down but I had to stop. I knew it was for me when I walked in it. I talked to my
parents about getting it and I could pay tham payments on it. They agreed and
bought it for 1800.00. My dad and his brothers rennovated it and really made it
nice. I paid my dad the first payment and when I went to pay him the second one,
he said Merry Christmas and handed me back the money. He gave me the camper and
wouldn't let me pay him anything else on it. I prayed long and hard for a place
of my own. My husband called one night and I was crying when I told him we had a
house. It doesn't look like much to most people but God truly blessed me with
this home on wheels. Our daughter sleeps in the kitchen on the fold down table.
She is 3 now and doesn't really know what is going on with the family. She just
knows that she sees her daddy every two weeks and he calls here a few times a
week. She loves her daddy. She gets so excited when the phone rings. She has
also began to pray for her daddy to come home. She has heard me pray so much
that she has picked up on it. I am writing this to basically get my story out
there and see who I can help. God has helped me in so many ways. I want to help
too. I have a new motto now. If you are faithful over little God said he will
make you ruler over much. Always pray. I may not seem like it is doing much good
but God hears and answers every prayer. All of you please pray for my family. We
are working on the appeal and are praying that our side of the whole situation
gets heard.
