This email list, Yahoo Group, and online community Wild Onion Network serves the Earth-based, Earth-centered, mystical and magickal spiritual communities of the Chicagoland area. We also are a networking resource for Chicagoland sexual communities, arts communities, and social, political, scientific and technological movements which may have synergies and shared interest with Earth and mystical spiritual paths.

We comprise the whole family of Earth-based and Earth-centered spiritual paths. This includes Native American, Voudou (and related such as Santeria), Shamanism, the neo-pagans (witches, druids, asatru, and many others), Unitarian Universalists, and Earth-centered Christians, Sufis, Buddhists, Hindus, Taoists, and Shintoists. We include all religionists whose faith includes the primacy of the Earth ecology and the natural world in their spiritual life, respect for the wilderness, respect for other animals besides humans, and the feeling that God or Goddess resides in nature and only by communing with nature can we find Goddess and God.
