The "Western Front Dawn Patrol" is the R/C Dawn Patrol chapter for Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and northern Missouri. They enjoy mission-oriented flying at annual "Dawn Patrol" events, as well as at informal monthly gatherings called "Dusk Patrols". In conjunction with the Arkansas Dawn Patrol, the Hoosier Dawn Patrol, and other groups, the purpose of the Western Front is to have fun while promoting the WW1 aeromodelling part of the R/C flying hobby.
The purpose of this Yahoo group is to disseminate information on Great War R/C flying events in the central part of the U.S.A., as well as providing a source for general information regarding WW1 R/C flying.
The only rule for this newsgroup is the "ABC Rule": Always Be Courteous.
Treat others in the group with the same respect you would want and expect from them (if not more), and everything else will take care of itself.
