Public Service Event Public Service Events (PSE) maintains, in calendar form, events within the ARRL New England Division (MA, VT, NH, ME, CT, RI), at which Amateur Radio communications is providing a public service for which they are seeking additional volunteer operators from the amateur community to assist with. The events are maintained for members to view, as well as e-mailed to the members for participation considerations.
