As the name implies, the WesternMassAmateurRadio [WMAR] e-mail list is primarily for Amateur Radio Operators operating in the Western sections of Massachusetts (USA). This e-mail list is open to all Amateur Radio Operators, holding any valid license class ticket, regardless of club affiliation(s). We also welcome persons with an interest in the hobby of Amateur Radio and radio communications.

As was stated above, while this list is primarily for Amateur Radio Operators operating in Western Massachusetts; we do understand that radio waves don’t stop at the state, New England (MA, VT, NH, ME, CT, RI) or even national boarders! With that in mind, we invite and welcome Amateur Radio Operators from outside of our geographical area to join the WMAR e-mail list.
