This list was formed to study, and discuss, any legislation in the State of West Virginia, or in its local communities,pending or present, affecting animals, ownership of animals, or breeding of animals.
National issues affecting animal ownership are also pertinent to this List.
This list is to promote..not prevent, the traditional ownership of animals, and is NOT a forum for Animal Rights promotion in any form.
Any disruptive behavior will result in removal from this list.
Files uploaded must be approved, or requested, by the List Owner, and cannot be removed without permission of List Owner.
Prospective members are requested to provide to the moderator their name, and locale when joining. This will remain confidential. Members DO NOT have to be West Virginia residents!
