This Group is open to all residents and owners and is moderated by the Board of Directors and the Management of the Waverly at Las Olas Condominium Association.

The Board of Directors (BOD) is depending on the input of all owners and residents for it's decision making process as well as the input of the various committees.

Please feel free to bring your suggestions, ideas and concerns to our attention.

If you're a renter you may well let us know your thoughts, and we may ask occasionally about your opinion as fellow resident, but please voice your needs to your landlord that is for all matters your first point of contact.

Please help and assist us by answering the polls ASAP you receive the notification by E-Mail. Only this ensures an accurate picture of the opinion of all residents.
