To protect the rights of individuals to smoke without government interference and persecution.

Washington State has banned smoking in all restaurants, bars and bowling alleys, despite the fact that many of these areas were already non-smoking. The issue is an individual's right to choose vs the power of government decree. The issue is honesty and truth vs fanatical nannies who are willing to lie, cheat and steal in order to reshape the world in their image.

There are no exceptions to the new law. Since its passing in January many small taverns, bars and charity bingo parlors have gone out of business and many, many more have laid off employees and face eventual bankruptcy. Organizations came to this state with millions of dollars in their pockets and knowingly lied to the people of Washington State. They lied about the dangers of second hand smoke and they lied about the economic consequences of the ban.
