September 11 has been the biggest thing to happen to the conspiracy
underground since the assassination of JFK. ....Here's a look at the ideas
of the leading conspiracy theorists: (Thierry Meyssan, Michael Ruppert, and)

NAFEEZ MOSADDEQ AHMED

WHO HE IS: Hotel manager and 23-year-old executive director of an
organization in Brighton, England he calls the Institute for Policy
Research and Development.

WHAT HE KNOWS: In his 400-page book, The War on Freedom: How and Why
America Was Attacked September 11th, 2001, Ahmed treads familiar ground,
with a few original twists. He reports that the Bush family is financially
tied to the Bin Laden family, and that both profited from the war on
Afghanistan because of their defense industry holdings. He alleges that the
administration has systematically blocked attempts to apprehend Osama bin
Laden. Domestically, he paints a dire picture with the statement that the
Bush administration has set up a police state, with "unprecedented curbs on
civil liberties and basic human rights, the crushing of domestic dissent,
and the criminalization of protest." (If only that were a paranoid
fantasy.) Ahmed has a solid grasp of history but ends his book with a deal
with the devil - a "Backword" written by his publisher, John Leonard of
Tree of Life Publications. Leonard argues that members of the Israeli
secret service, disguised as moving company employees and art students, may
have known about but not prevented the attacks, or even been involved. The
"Judeo-Christian coalition" secretly wants Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein in
power because the alternative, democracy, would unite Muslims. Leonard also
notes that Jews run the phone company.

HOW HE KNOWS: Newspaper clippings and other online fodder. Ahmed says he
wrote the book after surfing the Internet and finding "a web of connections
that needed to be looked into. "To Ahmed's credit, the book is extensively
footnoted.

SOUNDBITE: "I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm just offering some hard
questions that could have horrible answers."

I'd like to thank Playboy and Sam Loewenberg for reviewing our book, The
War on Freedom - even at the cost of being called the devil. After all, the
term is in use for those who break taboos. If Playboy is not afraid to
break another one, I have a soundbite for you, too.

Would the Bushes let 9/11 happen? Would Adolf Hitler let the Reichstag burn?

It's officially recorded that Hitler was a protégé of the Bush dynasty.
Their coterie financed him, got him into power and armed him to the teeth.
The goal then as now: a fascist world order. It narrowly escaped their
grasp, with the Morgan group's abortive military putsch against FDR in 1934.

Prescott Bush, grandsire of the current Bush, was not only Hitler's banker
and the top Nazi in the USA, but boss of the Third Reich's biggest steel
and arms works. The Auschwitz death camp was built nearby to supply it with
slave labor. The Bush family fortune comes from that blood money - and they
still have it.

Shocking? Indeed. It's certainly no wonder aggression is off the list of
war crimes and back on the agenda, for a blitzkrieg on Iraq!

But mark well what may be the real killer: the dynasty's Holocaust crimes
have been covered up for sixty years by our own mass media - and by each
and every candidate, Replicat or Copycrat, who has run against three
generations of Bushes. Think about it.

Our book is not conspiracy theory, unfortunately. It's our freedom of the
press and two-party system that are fairy tales.

By the way, I did not write that "the Jews run the phone company." I noted
that all wiretapping in the USA is handled by an Israeli company, which may
bear on the question of Mossad's role in 9/11.
