The members of this group are friends and family members of Alan who began virtually traveling around the world in June of 2001 with him. Periodically the members receive messages describing Wandering Alan's daily adventures and discoveries: sites, scenes, experiences, foods, new friends, daily joys, when he travels outside the United States.
