This group was started as a result of the ordinance passed by the Wheat Ridge City Council to zone psychics and others to the industrial districts of the city. Since it's inception, WRAPP has expanded it's mission to fight generally for Pagan and Wiccan Civil and Constitutional rights and religious freedoms. It is open to those who support the Alliance to repeal the Wheat Ridge law and to those who care to fight for religious equality in the state of Colorado. Anyone can participate.
