This is a support group for Moms who need to lose weight and have severely disabled children who are non mobile. We have a sister Yahoo support group "Parents Of Severely Disabled Kids". This is similar, as we all have severely disabled non mobile children, yet this is just for Mom's who have weight to lose as well.

Stress and Emotional overeating come into play for many Moms who have severely disabled children. Here, you will be able to talk freely about your feelings, your day to day hectic lives, things going on in our personal lives and just vent when we are feeling stressed out.

We will help each other by motivating each other to eat healthy and exercise. We will help each other make smart choices and live better and healthier lives to be here for our kids.

We are all here to help and support one another while reaching the same goal - to Lose Weight together! Activity is a must! You cannot "lurk" here. We realize times get hectic and we do not have a daily or even weekly post requirement, however you do need to stay active with us in order to stay with us. :) Thanks!
