WHCcomputer list is purely for practical purposes, restricted strictly to those who are willing to help or wish to be helped on computer problems, esp. anti-virus measures. Technical difficulties must not stand in the way of members' creative activities. However, all too often they do just that. Many members have had terrible experiences, including loss of whole data, or damage to their operating system, let alone frequent glitches. Viruses or any other harmful occurrences are particularly heinous. WHCcomputer aims at providing a friendly and mutual-help society where members must not feel afraid of asking questions or help. In addition to helping solve computer problems, members are also encouraged to help each other positively by providing tips and guidance about how to make the most of computer technology. For some reason, some people who are good at computer are not very helpful nor kind, putting off members less technically skilled. WHCcomputer aims at providing rescue and help in such circumstances.
