Started in August 2010, this is a social group for homeschooling teens on the
west side of the Greater Portland Metro area. While our events and activities
are overwhelmingly based here on the west side, you don’t necessarily have to
live here to join! We have members from all over the area.
Members are encouraged to come up with activities and fully participate in the
group. Teens are allowed to post on the list, as well as their parents. Additionally,
teens are welcome to organize events themselves. We are a group led social org,
so it is members who organize events, plan activities, and keep WHAT from
becoming ‘whatever’. We can never have too many things to do. The group also
serves as a news board for local homeschool-oriented teen events such as DnD
games, OHEN dances, anime clubs, OMSI teen nights,and local age appropriate
art shows, movies, plays etc.
