WEST HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION is comprised of homeowners in Knoxville, Tn. 37909. This is an area bounded by Weisgarber
to the East and Walker Springs to the West. The boundaries are Kingston Pike to the south and Middlebrook Pike to the North.
Our Goal in West Hills is to Preserve our neighborhood as a clean, quiet, attractive residential area free from crime and commercialization. We have been successful in this endeavor due to dedicated neighbors in our community. It is a great place to live and raise children.
