This list is aimed to encourage and coordinate the participation of the LISTENING PUBLIC in the revisions of the PACIFICA and WBAI LAB bylaws as mandated by the Pacifica lawsuits settlement. Announcements and discussions are limited to the issues concerning the structure and democratization of the Pacifica Radio Network and its components as well as factual and philosophical information which helps in the development of a grassroot community radio supporting the mission of Pacifica.
