Clue - If the serial # is on the back plate of the main tube, where the chainstays attach, it's a Vision produced frame. IE, an old frame, from years 1 or 2.

I may be wrong on this but I think they moved the front roller farther back as the years progressed. Not a whole lot of info here but it's a start.
