This group is pro male and opposes "modern" feminism.

It's necessary to use "modern" because we are not opposed to equal rights for, and fair treatment of, women. Nor do we wish to return to patriarchal rules of "learned subserviance" to women that burden men with undue social and psychological pressure to protect, provide for and emotionally caretake women.

We are concerned with men's issues as related to family courts, criminal justice, workplace practices as well as
how all this is presented in the media, which is currently biased against men.

We are also concerned with matters of men's physical, psychological and spiritual health.

We do not subscribe to or endorse any particular religion or political ideology, nor do we want the divisiveness created by diluting men's issues with religious or political objectives. We encourage differing opinions and dissent that does not violate common courtesy or promote religious or political superiority.

Membership is moderated, but posting is not. Membership can be cancelled, by committee vote, if members use the list to promote the afore mentioned subjects, or to promote racial, ethnic or gender superiority.

The committee is charged with using their authority with the utmost care.

Feminists are welcome to join, post, dissent and argue, provided they abide by the same constraints as other members. It is suggested that feminists or other dissenters post objections that are more scientific than emotional, as we believe the thoughtless proliferation of falsehoods by feminists is a big part of the problem.
