White sand beachfront condo with two large master suites at opposite ends of unit. A 14 x 16' loft is a play room (for kids of all ages) bedroom. There is a large shower room with a sink.
This upper unit stretches from the bay windows (center of building on right)across the left balcony and for the depth of the building.
The largest (2,000 sq ft) of ten units at the Villas @ Del Rio 1/4 mile north of new Boca Del Rio Bridge. I now live in this unit full time and it is no longer for rent.
