St Cuthbert's roof is still being repaired, and will probably be out
of action until the end of February. With this in mind, please assume
that we will be having services in York minster unless we notify you
otherwise. (it may be that we will have some services in other
venues), but we will keep you posted).
services in December are a little different to our usual pattern.

There will be a service this evening (3rd December) at the slightly
later time of 8.15 due to the advent procession being beforehand.
On Tuesday 5th December, in Dunnington parish church, we are doing a
45 minute advent mini-service on the subject of "The light:shining in
the darkness"
On Wednesday 6th December there is a meal at 3 Fairway, Clifton.. All
welcome, especially newcomers or people who want to get to know us
better.

On Sunday 10th December there is no Visions service, as the St
Michael's carol service is in York Minster at 7pm, please arrive in
plenty of time. The archbishop of York will be speaking.
On Tuesday 12th December, in Dunnington Parish church, we are doing a
45 minute advent mini-service on the subject of the the journey to
the stable.
On the 17th December we are having our Christmas service at 8pm in
the minster crypt.
On the 24th December there is no Visions service at 8pm, but we are
joining with St Michael's our parent church, and the minster, for
Christmas midnight mass, which starts at 11.30pm
(not midnight!)
Because of the extra work involved in having services in the Minster,
we will be having a longer Christmas break to recover. There will be
no service on the 7th January and services will resume on the 14th.
There will be no Visions services on the 31st or the 7th.
