I see wires going in to the back of the main beam and the wire bundle that goes from there under my tank and then a wire bundle that goes to the left controles. Is the switch in one of these or in the back of the main beam?

There is a switch under your triple tree that has crapped out.  Very common.  2 options, replace switch or hardwire them all together using solder.  This is what most of us have done.  That way, the aux lights are on 100% of the time including when on high beam.
