VeryIreland.com is a website, in preparation, that will provide visitors with a virtual tour of Ireland using Quicktime VR panoramic photographs. The site has not opened to the public yet. Nevertheless, there is a large collection of panoramas available for the Derry area via the website VeryDerry.com. In many respects VeryDerry is a prototype for VeryIreland.

This group is intended for people who want to keep track of developments at the website VeryIreland.com. If you want to be amongst the first people on the internet to know when VeryIreland is ready for visitors, then joining this group is one of the best ways to be sure that you will hear about it.

The plan for the mailing list is that after the initial announcement it will be used for an occasional message - perhaps once a month - about new features and content at VeryIreland. There may occasionally be some discussion- but all messages will have to be moderator approved.
