Mission - To share knowledge and learning related to Schempp-Hirth Ventus 2CM sailplanes amongst interested pilots and the factory, with the goal of improving safety, maintenance, and the overall quality of soaring. Just a bunch of like-minded comrades trying to help each other. This User Group is private for Schempp-Hirth Ventus 2CM Users and the related factory support people.

SUGGESTED GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

1. Write short and to the point, where possible.
2. Add digital images if relevant - or send me photos and I will convert. Keep photo file sizes small if possible - max. 75KB.
3. No whining, and no commercial stuff! Stick to the facts!
4. Material of more wide interest to ALL self-launch people would probably be better sent to the ASA Newsletter Editor (Pete Williams) ftb@pyramid.net
5. Use discretion with material that may be perceived as "attacking" or even "slanderous" - probably better to use private communication with the offending party!
6. Let me know if have constructive criticism on our group.
7. You can unsubscribe anytime - the instructions are on our Yahoo Home Page under "unsubscribe".
8. If appropriate, add your Ventus 2CM serial number when passing on your experiences with the ship. This helps people compare with their ship.
9. We will foster a constructive working relationship with the Schempp-Hirth people, but this group will NOT become an official mouthpiece between factory and customers.
10. Remember, to limit "junk mail" you can email any individual on our D/L without involving the whole group - if the subject matter is more personalized.
11. Encourage other Ventus 2CM Users to join - they just have to click on "Join this group" on our non-member Yahoo Home Page (top right corner) - or email Armando R. Pucci at arpucci@uol.com.br
From feedback I have received, this is a useful group to many of us. Let's try to keep it that way with appropriate input from all! This forum will only work with active participants like you!
