MISSION: To prepare GRVNC bylaws changes for consideration of GRVNC Board approval and submission to DONE for ratification.

GOALS: Conduct regular meetings to revise GRVNC bylaws for GRVNC Board review prior to March 2006.

OBJECTIVES TO MEET GOALS:

• Obtain most up-to-date GRVNC bylaws revisions approved by DONE

• Establish Bylaws Committee of no more than fifteen (15) persons and no less than three (3) persons

• Maintain and open and transparent process

• Establish a regular schedule for meetings with Bylaws Committee members

• Establish meeting between DONE representatives and Bylaws Committee members before January, 1, 2005

• Maintain direct line of correspondence between DONE and Bylaws Committee Chair to ensure bylaws changes meet DONE guidelines
