Description

This E-mail group is supported by members of the Vintage Radio Control Society. Its purpose is to provide a common internet location for those interested in vintage R/C planes and equipment to exchange information.

The VR/CS is an organization dedicated to the preservation of our radio control history - the achievements of those electronic and airframe design pioneers that made R/C the best hobby/sportin the world today. We do this through our
bi-monthly newsletter and annual reunions.

Use of this E-mail group is available to anyone, VR/CS members and non-members alike. However, membership in the Vintage R/C Society is suggested so that other benefits of the organization can be realized such as;
· Bi-monthly newsletter
· Awareness of annual reunions of which three are presently held
· Sharing of information with the entire organization
· Ability to place "Wanted" and "For Sale" adds in the newsletter

The Vintage R/C Society is a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Academy of Model Aviation and therefore represents the interest of Vintage R/C modelers to the AMA.

Please visit our web site at http://www.vintagercsociety.org.

I hope that those of you who are not members will print out and send the Membership Application that is available through this group.

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VRCS/ and log in if you have not
already. On the left side you will find files. Click on this and look for the membership folder. Membership applications are in .txt, .doc or .pdf files
