This group is designed to be a forum for distance scoring concepts in amateur radio VHF contests. Members of the group are encouraged to contribute comments on the topic of distance scoring in VHF contests. Issues that have been discussed by the group include:

The overall objective of the group is to explore the issues involved in distance based scoring and to ultimately dissemminate information on the concept back to those radio amateur operators interested in VHF contesting activities.
