Welcome to the list server group of the Virginia Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) District 4 (Upper Rappahannock) of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), the national association for Amateur Radio.

This group aims to serve all ham radio emergency communications volunteers in the following jurisdictions: Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Orange County, Culpeper County, King George County, Caroline County, Madison County, Rappahannock County, Louisa County, and the City of Fredericksburg.

If you are a ham radio operator in Caroline, Culpeper, Madison or Rappahannock County, please consider volunteering for EC/RO duty for your county!
