Utah Polyamory Society is a social and peer support group for those interested in Polyamory who live in Utah and surrounding states. Our goal is to provide an accepting atmosphere for open discussions about polyamory and related issues.

For the purposes of this group, polyamory is defined as consensual, ethical non-monogamy; people choosing to have more than one relationship in an open, honest and egalitarian manner. Polyamorists seek to create deeply emotional, intimate relationships that take into account the feelings, opinions and personal fulfillment of all people involved.

We do not encourage members of the media or academia to join the group unless they have a personal, rather than professional, interest in polyamory. If you have a media or academic research request that you would like to send to this group, you can email utahpolyamorysociety-owner@yahoogroups.com and it will be reviewed and forwarded if appropriate.
