The Ureta Center is established in the name and memory of Dr. Librado "Bado" I. Ureta, organizer of the Alpha Phi Omega of the Philippines. The Ureta Center aims to help young men and women make it to and through college to enable them to have a living and a life. The Ureta Center gets support from APO members around the world.
