This is for people who realise that to give our children the best start we can in life we need to respect them for who they are. Who understand the importance of treating our children with dignity, respect, understanding and compassion. Who are aiming to parent in a mutually trusting and loving relationship based on respect and emotional support. We realise that we do not always get it right, that we all need help and support. It is hoped this group will help us find others living near to us who like us want to follow this path. It is a group that celebrates the ups and downs of this wonderful and sometimes painful journey. It is important to remember that there is no wrong or right way only the way that we are comfortable with. It is also important that we not only respect our children but each other as well. Please remember that we all need to feel welcome, safe and confident to express ideas and ask for help.
