UNIVERSITY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION - Citizens Serving Citizens

The University Park Civic Association (UPCA) is a civic group devoted to maintaining a strong sense of community among the residents of University Park. As such, the UPCA sponsors programs and annual events intended to bring together members of the community.
