UNIVERSITY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION - Citizens Serving Citizens

The University Park Civic Association (UPCA) is a civic group devoted to maintaining a strong sense of community among the residents of University Park. As such, the UPCA sponsors programs and annual events intended to bring together members of the community.

Membership runs January to December and is $25.00 per family. Make check payable to UPCA and mail to PO BOX 1655 COLLEGE PARK, MD 20740.
