Our mission is to encourage people of all ethnicities to nuture their literary talent. We promote writing and literacy for all through workshops and educational forums.

This listserv is a joint effort with the United Black Writers Association and the Black Writers' Guild of MD. Many of our members are published authors, while others are aspiring to their first publication.

Through this on-line group, we offer the opportunity to give all of our members an awareness of activities, to network with other writers at the workshops and to help provide a marketing avenue for new titles and literary events.
