A Request from the Parks Department

This is in reference to the dog defecation that is placed in extremely
heavy bags that often break when our personnel remove it. Try to
double or triple the bag, remove before it is bursting and try to be
more considerate to the individuals that have to remove it.

I appreciate anything you can do on behalf of my personnel and the
Union Square Partnership personnel that do an outstanding job keeping
the park nice and clean for all of our park users.
