I wanted to give you all a heads-up that the pre-annual meeting
potluck tomorrow night will be impacted by the construction
project. There won't be any hot water, and probably won't be any gas
for the stove. So don't plan to heat anything up at the church
except by using the microwave and do plan to use disposable plates
and utensils . . or bring your own from home, because we won't be
running the dishwasher without hot water.

I'm planning to bring an electric kettle for hot water for tea.
