Description
Welcome to the Utah Gifted Group! This group is for Utah families with gifted children, to provide both support for parents and guardians, and to be a repository of local resources. It is hoped that this group will provide families with the opportunity to converse with others who are facing similar issues and situations - not only global or country-wide gifted issues, but with issues specific to Utah. If you want to know what schools parents like best, the coolest places for summer classes, or what services are being offered for the gifted and their families, we hope that 'this is the place' to ask for answers!
Please note, the Utah Gifted Group does not discriminate based on race, religion or anything else! Profanity is not permitted and hurtful or "flaming" posts will not be tolerated. The advertising of personal businesses is not allowed. Those who cannot follow these rules will be removed from the group.
By asking to join this group, you are acknowledging that you will take no legal action against any member or moderator of this group, regardless of the content within.
We are loosely affiliated with an AWESOME Utah Gifted resource group. Please check out: UAGC Families - a state-wide outreach to families raising high-ability children in Utah.
