The site says they'l have to cut it up if no one takes it. Here's what they
sent me after I inquired.

Hi Fred.

It needs to be completely rebuilt. The boat is free, and if you would like us to
do any of the preliminary work, we could give you a good deal. Since it is a
small boat, we could re-frame and install a new keel for a reasonable price.
The boat has no trailer, but is otherwise complete.
