Greetings All,

I just learned that at the 2012 IC the AB decided that the number of issues of
the CQ will be down graded from six to four issues (with a special election
issue once every third year). I am not sure if anyone else was aware of this or
not. I personally am not in favor of this and I am sure that the AB would site
the latness of the CQs as one of the reasons for this change. The change will
take effect in Jan. 2013.

I just spoke with Steven on the phone, he says he is doing okay. He still does
not have any power and he was told that it still appears that it will be ten
days before he is restored.
